MEET THE FOUNDER
Take Heart was founded by Lindsey Soderberg, a former professional NFL cheerleader and dancer who experienced firsthand how team culture can elevate or limit a group.
She learned that the strongest teams are not always the most talented — they are the most connected.
Today, she helps teams build that connection through intentional, structured experiences designed to improve communication, leadership, and trust.
